does anyone think that you have to use warm water to make Borax effective? i've been using all cold water for quite some time, but since dH drenches his clothes in toxic cologne, I like to get all the nasty smell out of the clothes (even though they'll smell toxic the next time he put on cologne). I wonder what u all think???
