On one of my yahoogroups, someone had mentioned that they put berries in freshly bottled KT- and that they were eating hte berries like Jam. I decided to try this- I wasn't so impressed with the 'jam'- it was ok, but what I am really hear to share (ok brag about LOL) is the KT! You have to try this- when you are bottling your freshly brewed KT- fill a container with berries, cover with freshly brewed KT and cap (for the secondary ferment). LEave it a few days (I might have left mine a week, htey said hte berries will 'pop' but I did not notice such a thing- I just wanted to open it to check how it was going- warning it was overflowing with foam when I opened it- maybe someone can advize) I poured of the kt and it is delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
