Soy Related?? Breast buds on 3 yo!!

I read much much more than I post. But I have been trying to work toward a more traditional diet. I love this forum so much & have learned so much from all of you!

Anyways I babysit a little girl 2 days a week who has just turned 3. She has been raised on soy formula & plain soymilk. She is sensitive to milk I believe lactose intolerent. Also she eats mainly processed foods & sugar as in frozen waffles & frozen chicken nuggets etc. I think the only real food she eats is fresh fruit, seriously! She is extremely smart though & doesn't hardly ever get sick.

Yesterday I noticed what look like breast buds!! I had not noticed this before & have been babysitting her for 1 1/2 years. I truly hope I'm wrong! But I found it strange because she is a thin child! Has always been thin since a baby. I looked at my daughter who has a little more fat on her but she is totally flat. My dd has allergies which has been challenging & I had thought of using some soy but could not bring myself to do it especially after reading about the bad effects. So what do you think? Is it possible she could have breast buds at 3!! I'm kinda freaked out by this! :

Other things, such as plastics and hormones in meats, have been linked to early development, too. I would becareful not to blame one thing for a condition you are assuming she may have. The parents should be informed of your concern and she should probably be checked out by a professional, such as her ped., to make sure she is developing normally.
