Ovulation Pain Symptoms?

I've read that several people here get pains and other ovulation symptoms besides cm. I was just wondering what those signs are?

I've been getting some mid-cycle cramping but no eggwhite cm or temp shifts for two cycles now. Pg tests have been negative. I was wondering if this might be ovulation pains.

Could be ovulation pains....I do get a "crampy" feeling and my back kills! ...I also usually ALWAYS get EWCM along with it but for some reason I didn't get it this last time I O'ed so, I guess it is possible to O and not notice any EWCM.

I used to always get a really painful cramping where my ovaries are, and only on the side I was ovulating from. It would last like an hour. I dont know if that was before ovulation, during it or afterwards, theres no way to tell. It could even have been happening a few days prior to me ovulating, who knows? I wouldnt use it as a good way to tell when you're exactly ovulating and when to have sex if you want to get pregnant. Come to think of it, I havent had this pain in a good few months, im glad because it really hurt!! like strong period pain cramps at the side
I go through months where I get it and months where I dont. Weird....
