I'm due on the 24th too! I can't believe it's so close..... seems like I've been preg. forever. I love my big belly though, and will be sad to see it be replaced by my flab.....

I was a week early w/ ds and 10 days late w/ dd, so I've been mentally planning on a late baby. But it would be more convenient for our family if she baby came sooner! We are packing out of our house the second week of Sept, if that, so I'd like to not have a one week old! We'll see.....

I just blew up the birth pool today, so that was fun and encouraging! I think I'd better just clean it and deflate it again, b/c that's going to mess w/ my head, having to see it all the time........ for like a month!

And BTW, we had/have a **HUGE** ddc, so there's gonna be tons and tons of birth stories this month!!!

I'm due the 21st. I would be really happy if this little one held out to be a Virgo, and my first was 10 past EDD. But I fear I will go early. As uncomfortable as I am I rather this baby take it's time arriving, because once here, that's when the real exhaustion begins.

i'm also due august 28th. seems there are several of us. i really feel i've turned a corner...i'm so huge and so tired. it's hard to roll over at night and i pee a million gazillion times... i've just really felt things kick on into home stretch gear. even if i do go over my due date it still really feels close to me. still in no hurry tho...enjoying the magic of pregnancy as i know it'll be over in a flash after all is said and done.

?....isn't there a lunar eclipse on august 28th? anyone know much about this??????

I'm due August 20. Hoping to go maybe a little early, but not getting my hopes too high. Our midwife said yesterday that this little one is quite low, having lots of Braxton Hicks, though.

: No matter how much flab I am able to get rid of, I will always have that stretched out and loose skin from my ribs down, so I also am really enjoying the big belly. It's striped, but at least it's nice and tight!

I'm not due until the 23rd, and I am glad. I feel like I'm kind of savoring this pregnancy, because it may be my last. I am really enjoying my belly, and haven't gotten too uncomfortable yet. It's definitely been harder to chase ds around, but I still have some energy left.
This weekend we're having house guests, so I've been preparing for that. Next weekend is my mama blessing....then I can have the baby.
We'll see if she can wait that long.

You are right momma! There is a total lunar eclipse to happen at 3:37 AM Pacific on the 28th.

I am rumored to be due on the 27th - but had a dream that I was watching the full moon while birthing...so, we'll see. Then, my nanny from when I was a small child called today to tell me I'll be having the babe on the 17th.

Phew - everytime I think I'm ready to have this pregnancy bit be done with --I quickly change my mind.....

just on 37 wks today... so i'm due about the end of august. Baby is low and already getting crampy.
everyone thinks she will be here soon...I'm really getting anxious and excited now... thinking it could happen any moment.

I am 37 wks today also. I had an appointment with my midwife this morning, and I let her check me. I am 50% effaced and 3 cm. I know this doesn't necessarily mean anything, but my last pregnancy at this point I had nothing going on so it makes me a little optomistic that maybe this will happen soon.

I'm due on Aug 22nd but I usually just say 'end of august' when anyone asks. I'm a first time mom and I havent been able to tell if I've been having BH contractions lol. I just had a prenatal today with my midwife and she said I'd probably go late. I was hoping for an on time or early birth. We'll see!

late august, early sept here. edd is the 29th of august. I have a 3 year old and had prodronal labor with him.. kinda scares me with this one, but hey no expectations, just take it as it comes, right?
I've been getting super excited and a bit nervous the closer I get. But mostly so very excited to meet this little one.
Oh and did someone say crabby? yeah same here. my poor husband!

Too funny! I'm hoping that lo comes a week early so that he can be a Leo. I keep telling myself though that what we get is what we need.

Well since I'm a Leo, and we have a strong "6th sense" that this one is going to be a girl, I don't think I need to have two Leo women in the house at the same time. I love Leo's and have some great Leo friends, but I don't know if I would want to live with them.

But you are right, we get what we need.

I'm due on Aug 30, so it looks like I am also in for a wait. On one hand I am so ready to be done (I just started getting really uncomfortable about 2 weeks ago and I am NOT looking forward to 2-5 more weeks of feeling like this)! On the other hand, I really want my babe to "cook" as long as possible so that I can continue to mentally prepare for my new life as a momma. We also have one final daycare interview next week (we are wait listed at every single daycare we want to send the kiddo to! Very stressful), so he REALLY needs to stay inside until after we do that. Like many of you, I feel like this babe might come a bit early (maybe at 38/39 weeks), but I wonder how much of that is just excitement about the other Aug babies being born and the normal tendency to be "over" your pregnancy toward the end. I really need to prepare myself for the very real chance that this will be a Sept. baby.

I'm due Aug 31st (according to US). Hoping to go a little earlier before school starts. I'm starting to feel hot and my feet are starting to swell and nothing fits. Wish I could walk around naked at this point. My first two pregnancies my babies were 3-6 days late, my twins were induced so can't go by that, so I wonder this time.

yeah, me too... mine could come as late as 9/5 and still be within the normal range.
