While I don't have the problems that you do, bf'ing was a huge struggle for me both times and it never really got easier. It was always a struggle from day one until weaning. I'm praying this time will be easier. I'm a bit worried too, but I can't really do anything different. Anything I can do, I will (I struggle with persistent thrush, so I'll be cutting all sugar and taking lots of probiotics in the weeks preceeding birth to help cut down my chances of that.) I also struggle with low milk supply and already have medication lined up for that and I'll start it right away this time rather than waiting a few weeks like I did last time. But, really, worrying isn't going to help my yours or my situation much. Do what you can do, and if bf'ing doesn't work out, you just can't beat yourself up over it. Mama guilt is a hard thing to get over, but if you do your best, that's all anyone can ask of you.
