This is an article in Newsweek about a self described pedophile who operates a BLOG about where to bets meet girls under the age of 12. This disgusts me! Authorities say they can't do anything. I mean i am all for free speech but this man is clearly crossing the line!

It's not just your daughters who need to be warned about this sort of thing. I was on Xanga yesterday and bumbled across several questionable blogrings for pedophiles who prey on boys, specifically boys who are involved in the "emo" culture.

This terrifies me as my own son perfectly fits the profile of their "targets".

I've got nothing against gay people when they are both consenting adults, but preying on children is NOT OKAY. It's not about sex, it's about power and humiliation and turning another human being into an object.

ITA with you, Dancingjoy, that we need some sort of protection against these pedophiles in the same way we have "hate speech" and "hate crime" laws thsat protect us from extreme racists and homophobes.
