Where to find Soap Bark?

I'm reading "Better Basics for the Home" (a book with recipes for homemade cleaners, etc) and its top recommendation for facial cleansers is an infusion made with soap bark (quillaja bark). I can't seem to find any online, any ideas?

I've been loving honey for my face, but I wanted to try some variety.
