Suffocating already... Anyone else?

I am sure the sinus issues I am having aren't helping. I am already getting to where I feel like a fish out of water. As long as I am in the cool house I am reasonably okay but the second I step outside, I am left gasping for air.

Same here. I'm fine inside but then I get in the sun and I get all short of breath and have to sit down. Kinda cuts down our outside hours.

Feeling that way too! Today has been especially bad with no a/c. I had a maintenance guy over an hour or so ago and he thought he fixed it, but in the end, it still wasn't working. He's suppose to come back this evening with another guy to figure it out.

I was starting to get worried that the shortness of breath was starting too soon. I am relieved to know that others are experiencing it already. Eventhough, it sucks for you, too! I wish it would rain for a couple of days.

Do you have "inversion" problems where you live? It's really rough on pregnant mamas...and anyone with any kind of sinus or lung issues...

I have a hard time breathing in the really high humidity. Ugh. I complain in the winter when it's too cold and dreary, and then I complain in the summer when it's too hot and humid...

Can't stand it!!! I'm having suffocating dreams too when my nose gets all stuffy.

OMG...

We are down on the eastern shore for vacation and I am really having a hard time breathing. It's so humid....

We start the camping part of our trip tomorrow. I hope the campsite is truly as close to the ocean as they say...

Jessica, where are you? Anywhere close to Savannah? That's where I live. It is pretty darn humid and hot out right now. I wouldn't want to be outside camping. As long as you live at the ocean/pool it shouldn't be too bad. The only time the girls and I spend outside right now is at the pool on base. The girls sometimes go in the backyard and play in the sprinkler, but I stay inside and watch them through the window. It's just too hot outside.

Hi, Alisha! We're in Delaware right now and will head down to the Assateague National Seashore, in Maryland, tomorrow morning.

If we were close to Savannah, I would be knocking on your door!

Stay cool!
