DD was painless all the way till it was time to push. Even then, I remember yelling that it was painful, but I can't at all remember the pain. After she was born (only 2 minutes of pushing) it felt like I didn't have a baby. It was so strange. She was a 10lb 5oz 22' baby. I walked all day when all I could feel was tightenings, Like my belly was hard. No pain. Walking helped me stay in "denial" so-to-speak.
DS (Liam, newest baby) was also painless. The pushing part did hurt. I have to get over that pushing part, Man! It was only 4 min. so I shouldn't complain. It has to do with fear. I was very fearful of pushing during the last two deliveries. If I can just get over that then my delivery would be painless as well. I laughed so hard during Liam's birth. Since I had ZERO pain with DD's birth my Midwife wanted to be there the moment I felt my tightings became regular. The laughing made me progress rather quickly. I wish I could show you my slide show. Its a windows proprietary issue. DH was suppose to fix that so I can share with you mamas my beautiful birth! He just said he would work on that tonight. So maybe by Monday? Watch the demo from
www.birthintobeing.com There is a lady having an orgasm during her labor! Its amazing. I HIGHLY recommend all mothers about to give birth to watch this documentary.
