I can't give birth next weekend!

DH will be out of town to take a certification test he needs for his work which is only offered every 2 years. The test is 3 days before my due date! Do you think if I just tell this baby to hang in there she will listen to me?

I don't know, I've been talking to my baby, telling her to come on out, for 3 weeks now and she's clearly not listening.

i've been telling this one daily to COME OUT for a couple weeks now and she's not listening but that of course doesn't mean that yours won't be a better listener and actually obey mommy.

i really hope baby stays put till your DH gets back!

I think she'll listen and stay put. I hear you are much more likely to go into labor when you feel at ease. If you're concerned about your husband being out of town, that's probably all the incentive she'll need to hang tight.

Me too, Dh will be gone Friday and Saturday. I'm looking forward to some rest but if the baby comes I will be glad too.

I know how the rest of you feel. I would love this baby to come now. I can't see how there is any more room left in there. I would like to just relax and enjoy this week without worrying about when the actual date will be but the inquiring phone calls have already began.

I hope she'll listen! I told my baby not to come before my husband got here and he didn't ... but now he's being stubborn about it!
