). I'd like to come out of this pregnancy in better shape than I went into it. Before my first baby I was 105 lbs (at 5'3"); then I was 115 lbs for many years. After #2 and #3, I've been bobbing around in the 120's. Sigh. I'm not overweight, but I can pinch rolls of flab *everywhere*.Combine my desire to never develop full-blown diabetes with the curious fact that mild undereaters tend to live longer, and I'm all up for jettisoning some flab during this pregnancy!
