I'm nearing my point in pregnancy where I want everything to be just right for baby to come when he's ready. I am trying to be very aware, though hopefully not overly concerned, of baby's positioning. I know that some of it is simply my shape and his shape/size, but I also know that sitting upright can't hurt.
I try to be super aware that I'm not slouching into my couches and whatnot, I can generally tell his position when I feel, and he tends to LOT and LOP, although sometimes can be found ROA/ROT. He feels like about 4-5 ish lbs at almost 35 weeks(from my very limited palpation experience and intuition, as well as previous history), his head is low, but not "engaged". I can feel his head when I feel internally, and it's definitely a head. My 1st pregnancy, ds was mostly ROT/ROP during pregnancy, I had no back labor with him and he was born anteriorly.
What did you do/not do in late pregnancy to help baby find the optimal position? I just want to make his path as easy as possible.
