Old Navy Maternity is actually my FAVE! I LOVE their maternity jeans! I have several pairs & they have great tanks!

Cool. Then after you have the baby you can still wear them and they will be in style.

I was in there the other day and saw the shirts you're referring to. I thought it was the maternity section but asked and it was actually the "women's" section, a.k.a. plus sizes. The maternity section was great, though, and was having a sale. I got a bunch of maternity t-shirts for $6 each.

Yeah, the fashion now is clothes that totally look like maternity dresses/shirts. So I bought a bunch of maternity clothes to wear to work, and know I'll feel stylish. ;-)

Before I found out we are preggo this month, I was in there & commented to the clerk about how freakin' ugly all the clothes are. Of course, I remember that "trapeze" look from the first time around in the 70's! Ack! Not cute IMO... but very belly friendly, for sure!

Funny that this should be posted now. I went to ON on Monday, for the first time in at least a year, and found several non-maternity shirts that will definintely work for transition+ clothes. Plus, the prices were super cheap. I bought 12 pieces for $60.

Yeah, the style right now is the baby doll/ peasant cut. It's kinda scary though to see all these 13 year olds in maternity-type clothes. Mixed signals or what?

Okay, I don't know if my local ON store is just not stocked on maternity wear or not but their section was so small. And most of their stuff (other than plain t's and jeans) were just plain ugly!
I think it's thrifting for me! I just found (online) a darling maternity thrift store near me and I'm going to check it out after seeing patients this morning. I can't deal with the tent look and the trapeeze dresses. Ack.
