I know it's Tuesday already, but...

what's on your to-do list for this week. I've been going crazy nesting, I guess. I'm not sure what else it would be. I can't stop myself. I was like this the last few days before giving birth to dd, but I was in grad school full time and was so crazy busy, I guess I wouldn't have had time to next in the last months of my pregnancy. Today, I went and bought organization systems for 2 closets and got a nice toy organizing rack for the girls room. And yes, I had to assemble and completely organize all of them today. : I'm also going crazy trying to figure out my IKEA curtain wire. I have it mostly up, but can't figure out how to tighten it. I also washed and hung up/folded/organized all of the baby clothes we have from 0-6 months. I don't think we have enough, but I reevaluate that on another day when I'm not feeling so buzzed and crazy.

Tomorrow:
-Print off Operation Special Delivery form and get app. in the mail (for a free doula)
-Continue my search for a sitter for my prenatal yoga on Thursday nights. I thought I had it figured out, but just found out the girl I wanted to use is on vacation for the next 2.5 weeks.
-Laundry, laundry, laundry!!! I still have to put away all of the clothes from our suitcases and I have about 6 loads of clean laundry to fold and put away. I should also probably wash diapers tomorrow.
-Continue my struggle with the curtain wire.
-Take my kids to the pool. Aside from employing their help with all my tasks (which definitely counts as quality time at their ages!), I didn't do anything fun with them today.

I think that's it for tomorrow. I'll report back tomorrow night and let you know what I accomplished and what's on my list for the next day. I'm so completely exhausted now that I think I'll turn in early tonight. I really wore myself out today.

I'm the queen of to-do lists lately....but a very lazy queen.

This week:
~clean out the closet in the office/nursery
~buy some organizer baskets for the changing table
~make sure my gift registry is "ready" (I have showers coming up)
~do my prenatal yoga DVD on days I don't go to class
~pre-admission at the hospital (and find out what that entails)
~start looking for a pediatrician
~start looking at flights for my mom to come visit for the birth

I'll stop there and leave the rest for another week...: (i love this emoticon so much)

I was busy last night trying to get things done on my monster to-do list, and forgot to put the scissors away. Apparently my DH went up to check on Anna after her nap and she was happily cutting up our bedsheets. So my list has a new item:

*mend sheets

Sheesh!

This past weekend we moved DD into her new room (which is all clean and organized, yay). I also cleaned the nursery. But...

1. Go through clothes hanging in the nursery closet.
2. Sort clothing in bins in basement.
3. Sort clothing in front bedroom closet.

Essentially organize all of DD's clothes from N-12 months (she's only in 12-18 mo now). I'd like to separate out gender-neutral stuff for the early days but I think that should be the easy part. I just want to get it all together.

I have a feeling this project will last me longer than just this week.

Work with oldest DD on her school work. She has some tests coming up at the end of the week and she just doesn't "know how" to study. It's annoying to me because I was a bookworm.

Nothing else really planned for this week except:
-Tomorrow: buy dog food, go to the post office (was supposed to do this today, but wasn't feeling well), pay bills

-Thursday: more packing, hopefully go walking

-Friday: take puppies to the vet. Take all our dogs to MIL's house when DH gets home from work because we have a home inspector coming by Sat morning.

-Saturday: Take dogs back home after the inspector leaves. Family reunion at MIL's house

Oh no! I am laughing and crying along with you... Dylan recently discovered scissors and cut up a picture of himself that I really liked, then put some tape on it and brought it to me, telling me it was "his project."

I'm crazy nesting too, although I just finished my weekend to-do list and won't assign myself anything specific until Friday or so... between now and then I'm:
trying to finish a quilt for Dylan
doing prenatal yoga at least once
taking a walk
taking stuff to return to Target
going to the pool
