I dont post often but was due 8-13 and had him (suprise) -on 8-4 I went to sleep meditating thinking about my baby coming down and the cervix opening..8-05-07 woke up in labor @ 3:12 am and had 3 contractions 8 mins apart then they jumped to 2 mins apart where they stayed until he was born @ 6:12 am. Ive never felt so much pain in all my life 
well worth the effort. No epidural or Iv, he was born at a hospital. The nurses and midwife were great as was my fiancee. we named him kharson and he weighed 7lbs 6oz and was 19.5 inches long. he came out sunny side up...he is nursing so well and his big brother and sister love him so much pics to follow
