CBC TV piece re:NIP?

Did anyone else see the TV piece about 13 moms in Moncton, NB who tried to beat the world breastfeeding record yesterday? Obviously they didn't have enough people, but said it was much more about raising awareness. I can't find anything on the website though...

(And Hooray if any of those Mommies were MDC mommies!)

What do you mean by break the world record? For the number of moms NIP at one time/place?

We did that here in MA (Marion)
One of the organizers is an MDC momma, too (who reads this forum so I don't want to say who incase it's against some rule but I hope she'll say who she is)
Ours made the front page of the paper AND there's a little pic under the big one of me nursing with my shirt up and everything. I was SHOCKED they put that on the front page- shocked in a good way:

It's to break the world record of moms nursing at the same time around the world :-)
The article I linked to explains it.
According to a website I saw yesterday, it will be yearly but IDK if the locations will be the same. I think that anyone can make one and if you get 25+ moms it will count towards the total.

They just said they were trying to break the world record for breastfeeding at the same time, and there were 13 moms. I searched the site today but cannot find it anywhere. It may have been there yesterday.

They do that in my town too. I guess at noon on a certain day during Breastfeeding Week, they have everyone "latch on" at the same time like moms all around the world? Or something like that. I was never able to go to one of the events but it also made our local paper.
