I hate to say it but we may have to get a suburban, although I am hoping to find a 12 passenger van thats diesel so I can do bio fuel. ;0)

Ooh that would be cool if you could get a diesel and do biofuel! I would have seriously bought a diesel minivan if one existed so we could do biodiesel (DH drives a diesel truck too). I have a Dodge Grand Caravan and this is baby #3 for me so I can't really help you on a vehicle choice. Hope someone else can!

I don't know how I missed this thread either! I'm pregnant with #4 and couldn't be more thrilled.

#1 and #2 were 3 years apart
#2 and #3 were 13 months apart

#2 and #3 were definitely the hardest, Sara was still a baby herself and not even walking yet when Jack arrived. Sometimes I feel like I missed some of her baby days because I was so scatterbrained being pregnant again and worrying about having 3. This time my youngest will be 4 when this baby is born and Sara will be 5 and Maddie will be 8, they are older and great at playing together and playing alone when I need to rest. My oldest is the best help, at 8 she is helping me with lunches and cleaning if I need her to do anything and she loves to do it too. She likes playing a little mommy, but don't worry I don't make her do anything and she gets lots of hugs and love for all the help she gives me.

We are probably going to need a new vehicle too, right now we have a Pontiac Montana that seats 7 but sometimes I have to watch my sisters kids too so I'll need at least an 8 passenger van if we can swing it. My DH only has a 2 seater truck so we are looking into getting him a used SUV sometime next year if we can.

My family isn't going to be too happy about #4 but I can't wait, I am so looking forward to rounding out our family

Pregnant with #3 here. Kind of a shock to us, but a good one!

DD is 4 yo, DS is almost 2 yo. I have a feeling that going to the grocery store is going to mean getting a lot of stares once my belly starts getting big. All I can say is that I better not get a "you poor thing!" comment! LOL I love my babies!!!

I don't know much about the different types of vehicles out there, but my parents used to have a Chevy minivan that seated 8. It didn't get great mileage...18 I think, but it could haul a lot of people!

This is #3 for us. Come April dd will be 6 and almost at the end of kindergarten and ds will not even be 2.5 yet. I would never in a million years have tried for this spacing and I'm scared to death of how it is going to work out. As I am very commited to clw and a minimum of 2 years of nursing a much bigger spacing works better for us, but not much to do about that now. We also have ds in our bed most nights and space is already tight with 2 adults and a toddler. Things are looking like they will be crazy when the baby gets here.

Hi! I am beginning to have a hard time handling my two as the all day nausea has kicked in and it just sucks the life out of me. Lukcily mine are spaced pretty well, DS is 6 and in school all day. DD still naps but is 21m and still quite needy (wants to be carried, wants to nurse all day long, etc). I am worried about the close spacing (29m) of the last two, but since DD is so much more mature than DS was at this age, I hope it works out ok. But really, the thought of 3 kids sounds a lot less daunting than 2 with morning sickness, yk?

Oh and DH is out of town for 8 days, so right now I am doing it totally alone. Thats tough. As far as the house, I just make sure the dishes are done every night (I hate to wake up to a pile of dishes), I do laundry every couple days, so I at least get a day or two off and I vacuum every couple days. That and walking the dog, shopping, cooking, entertaining the kids...is enough. Once DH is home, we'll work on stuff like the bathrooms, kitchen floors, etc.

I am expecting my long awaited number 3! DD and DS are 25 mths apart and have a very close relationship. My son was born at home and my daughter got to hug and cuddle him right after he was born and they have a blast playing together. I was panicking about dd being 5.5 when this babe is born as that seems far apart to me! DS will be 3.5 which will be fine. We have always wanted 4 so we'll see what happens after this!

This will be #4 for us. I'm not worried about how most things (laundry, meals, etc) are going to get done. I figure that another baby will just slip into our routine. However, I am a little nervous about how I am going to manage homeschooling my two oldest with a toddler AND and an infant! :

This is my fifth-I think the biggest issue is going to be a big enough car! I'm pretty laid back-as long as I have some help with the house cleaning I'll be pretty much okay.
