Plugged Duct?

At least I think thats what it is...
I am feeling some severe pain on the right side of my right breast just a finger tip past my aireola(sp?LOL). It has been hurting when DD nurses on that breast, and I have tried everything to get rid of the pain. I can feel the let down, but then nothing comes out. I have even had DD tell me "all gone mommy", and she will back away and look at that breast and look at me all weird like "where did it go mom?". She refuses to nurse on that breast, which drives me nuts cause I can tell that she needs to cause it feels better after she does.
I have done breast massages, Warm compress, hot shower while self expressing, umm pumping(cause she is refusing that breast), what else...lemme think...wow I have been trying everything I can think of; and it still hurts... Owch -DD is 20mo, I forgot to mention.
Any Ideas??

Hi,
I suffered from plugged ducts SO much, I vowed I will spend my life helping others on this.

Try taking Lecithin supplements. It SAVED me from so much pain.

Here is a link to a page on the kellymom site.
Lecithin

Cool Thanks! Can I find this at GNC? That would be great if it was easily accessable... I will have to give em a call.
