My boyfriend came up with this one to pick on me (I'm studying to be a midwife). Warning: kinda risque!

How many midwives does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

None, they just deal with the after effects!

I have heard a variation on the light bulb thing:
How many midwives to change a light bulb?
Two. One to receive the light bulb and one to offer the light bulb encouragement.

I've heard "6. One to do it, and 5 to keep the OB from interfering".

How about:

"How many midwives does it take to change a light bulb?"

"One, and she just uses her hands."

"How many obstetricians does it take to change a light bulb?"

"One, and and then he removes the socket, just in case."
