Freelance writing? I do this part time and add 300-600 dollars a month to our income. People who progarm websites often either arent' good at or don't have the time to write their own content, so they outsource. Sites like guru.com, elance.com, associated content.com (pays per article) are good places to get started. I established myself with some samples on AC, and now find most of my jobs through warriorforum.com and digitalpoint.com

Affiliate marketing - you write articles and market them to sell a product, which you then make a comission on. Google "bum marketing method" and you can sign up for a free course on how to do this - I'm not affiliated.

www.wahm.com has many resources.

Also, www.keyforcash.com is a way to make an easy $50 (or more) a week. I usually get around $70 per week from it. Obviously not enough to live on, but it definitely helps out.

I had a meeting at the job centre recently where I was told the government will pay any courses I want to study at college, but they dont pay for any home courses, and studying online is pretty much unheard of in the uk. Thats ok because it will be a part-time college course at an adult college, so I should only actually be there about twice a week for a couple hours. The rest of the work will be done at home. So thats what I'll probably end up doing, however as I cant figure out a work-at-home job as my future career...I still dont know what to study at the college. Im thinking maybe just go for a business course because that will come in handy whatever I end up doing, right?

I have GCSE's which I think is equivalent to a GED in America. Your graduation qualifications would be our A levels from 16-18 at college not high school. So what do you think about me doing an A level course in business? If I could manage it, as they are only going to be part time courses, I would like to study 2 subjects if possible..no idea which second subject. - crayolaab. And creative memories consultants is a no no because art (and math) is my worst subjects.

I spent a lot of time today, looking through the website www.wahm.com but didnt find anything I thought was right for me, I did make a few notes from it though.
I still have www.workplacelikehome.com to look through tomorrow. Thanks Amylcd and PrincessCass for those links! You said you found your current job on one of them, can I ask what you do?

Im looking for a job where I can do the work alone at home. Not something arty or mathematical as im worst at those 2 subjects, always have been. And it needs to be something I can earn a decent income from, enough for myself and ds to live off. If it requires me to study for it first, that would be fine.

Anymore ideas, anyone?

Could you place other people's auction items on Ebay (or something similiar) for a fee? I've seen several write ups in the local newspapers and magazines here in the US. Not sure how feasible it would be in the UK.
