So, I have been taking 1 500mg EPO softgel 3 times a day (sometimes all at once at night if I get busy with dd and the girls I care for during the day) and I am already almost 4cm and 90% at 37wks (kinda par for the course since I was similar with dd 3 years ago all on my own before I even knew EPO existed)...
Should I continue to take it or stop since my body is dilating and effacing so much now???
I would LOVE to labor next weekend as the MW I have seen for 4 years is on call all weekend but I can't control that. It would just be nice as I havent met any of the other MW's in the practice (none had appts when I needed them unless I wanted to wake my 3yo at 6am to go to an appt with me....

Or is now the time I should start inserting it and if so....

Do I pierce the softgel?
Will the softgel fully dissolve overnight????? (have a vision in my head of going into labor and the softgels falling out....
