I can't remember when the engorgement ended for me in the past. So I'm curious - how long did you deal with engorgement? I'm ready for my breasts to stop aching!

My dd is 12 days old & I'm not engorged anymore, full yes but not engorged ... it began around day 6 so I only really felt super engorged for about a week.

Personally, I wish mine would have stayed engorged! I loved my milky boobs!
Oh well.
Anyway, it shouldn't last longer than a week.

My milk came in slowly.. it was like a progression. I had one super full day and that was it, I've been spazzing about low supply but I tell you this little girl pees like no tomorrow and can fill a diaper easily so I'm pretty sure she's getting plenty.
