ouch!!! Help me please!!

Okay I don't know how to describe this.... You know when you get an infected/dead taste bud on your tongue---it turns white---and all the pain that comes with it. I have one on my nipple!!!!!!!!! It hurts like a b*&%^h when she latches and sucks. Is there a way to get rid of this or should I let it take care of itself!! Please any advice is welcome

I use hot compresses and steam it out very well, and then use the sharpest needed I can get (Hypodermic or quilting between) dip it in alcohol, light it on fire, wave it out, and let it cool. Then I swab the area to be decompressed and let it dry. Then very lightly poke the hole you need and apply slight pressure as everything moves on along. You will feel so much better.
