due thursday, feeling lightheaded, anyone else?

I just need some reassurance as usual. I wish I kept a diary now of my first pregnancy. Some things I remember and some things I don't.
Is anyone else getting close and having some lightheadedness?:

I've been feeling lightheaded and nauseus on and off for weeks. I'm not really comfortable driving some days because of it. My mw didn't seem worried.

This has happened to me off and on all pregnancy. Every time my MW attributes it to an increase in blood volume. I think she's right b/c every time it happens I either get a nose bleed or bloody gums while bushing my teeth. Then the next day it's normal again.

Does your vitamin/diet have enough iron in it?
