I have been feeling that way as well. Most of the time when I am at work and I have been standing in one place too long. I think most of the time I just need to remember to drink more water, are you drinking enough? I think we have to drink almost 2 gallons a day. Is that right or does someone else have the right quantity?

Do you have any problems with blood sugar? Does the faintness happen after or before eating? I am hypoglycemic, and it gets worse when I'm pregnant. If I try to go without eating (which is all too tempting when all food looks disgusting!!!), I will get light headed, sweaty, my vision goes, and if I let it go, I'll pass out. I try to combat it by eating smaller, frequent meals, eating before I get out of bed in the morning, and following a low-carb, high-protein diet. I also keep something sugary (a coca-cola, orange juice, or some life savers) around so if I do get an attack, I can pop one and my sugars go back up. But generally, I try to avoid most sugars, since they have a corresponding crash later. Not sure if this is at all your problem, but I thought I'd bring it up. Good luck. I hate being dizzy.

I had this with my last pregnancy because of anemia. And I always tested borderline, but I had it bad enough to pass out. Don't feel bad to ask your care provider if it's concerning you.

I had that problem when preggo with DS. My MW told me to count how mch water I was drinking.. I was maybe drinking 4-5 cups (but I thought I was drinking 8-10).. she told me to kick up the water drinking.. and I did and I felt 100X better! so check your fluid intake!

I think for me it's a blood sugar thing, once I eat I'm fine, until then I feel faint and nauseated.
