Where can I find the Apex 65?

DP's parents are offering to buy a carseat for ds for their car (within reason... can't get a Regent out of them ). I've seen the Apex 65 talked about on here but I can't seem to find one in a store anywhere. Is it at Babies R Us? I tried Toys R Us but they didn't have any.

Any other carseats I should be looking at? DS will be 4 in October, about 35ish pounds. Not sure on height but in his Regent he's got 2 more harness slots above the one he's in right now. Not interested in another Marathon for him either ($ being one reason, the fact it's RF and FF being another... he's outgrown RF and no more kids in the near future so I don't need that feature). Looking for something under $150.

THanks. I should have clarified I wanted to find one in a real sotre first so I could take a look at it and put ds in it before buying.

People have found them at Babies R Us. There isn't a BRU near me so I can't verify that, but I've heard they carry them!
