Walden's Momma: I've heard of them happening, and was hoping I'd get to hear a doozie of a story!

LOL! I'm pretty sure there's only ever been one unassisted home cesarean - that woman in Mexico who was in the news a couple years ago.

We almost had an unassisted homebirth, but the midwife ended up arriving just in the nick of time for our planned homebirth.
