Religious Exemption in South Carolina

Does anyone have experience with this form?

It just seems too easy. I filled it out, and gave it to Dh to sign and have notarized at work.

Is that it? Do we ever have to have our beliefs questions or challenged?

Anyone?

Current as of 1/03
Quick Fact:
A child must present a valid South Carolina Certificate of Medical Exemption, or a valid South Carolina Certificate of Religious Exemption.
Other Resources:
South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control: www.scdhec.net/hs/diseasecont/immunization/child_vacc.htm
Your law does not allow questioning of the sincerity of your beliefs; if it did you only allow Q&A on paper.
