swollen stomach?

My legs are really swollen- to the point where you touch them it makes a big indention. The thing is - my stomach is swollen even worse. It is very tender and painful- especially in the lower part of my stomach. If I barely touch it, it makes a deep indention. I have never done this during my previous pregnancies- is it normal? Is there anything I can do to help it.

Honey - I think you should call your doctor or midwife about this. Some swelling is to be expected, but this sounds extreme.

I had some tummy 'edema' this pregnancy by the end of the day but never 'pitting' where it left a mark.

You should check with your provider!

Ditto. Pitting edema on the belly isn't common . . . please check with your care provider ASAP. Hope everything is okay! Keep us posted . . . .
