My daughter loves her doll head.

I'm making her two dolls.
Today I finished the head of the first.
Not "finished" truly, but sewn up, with eyes and mouth.
She snatched it from my workspace,
keeps kissing it,
trying to dress it,
made me nurse it,
and is now sleeping in my lap with it held tightly.

I think they might just like the doll heads.....I think it's because they are so special and filled with "life/love" that they just love them so.


It's not exactly easy to get things accomplished with 4 little ones....insert smilie w/momma drowning in laundry/toy piles,nursing and trying to play with the three others....aaaaaaaaagggggggggghhhhhhhhhh

As I was sewing the arms on today, she sat next to me and said "ow" everytime the needle went in. Then she horked it again as soon as the arms were finished!
