what is the burn-rash?

DS has a rash up near his waistline plus around his thighs...none on the bum...is this a rash from too tight dipes? or a detergent reation? It looks more like a burn than anything else...what to do...doesn't seem to bother him all that bad but i want it cleared up!

What cover are you using? If it isn't elastic marks, it could be an allergy to the material in the cover or the detergent used to wash it.

mostly FB sometimes a dappi with a snappi-ed prefold...

Synthetic fleece and latex cause allergies in some children. That or detergent sensitvies are the big two with red burn-like rashes, in my experience.
