Can we post business-to-business trades?

Who's our moderator?

I'm wondering if it's ok to post business-to-business trades -- you know, "Trading my XYZ brand diapers for your web design," etc. I just did that within another post and then had second thoughts that maybe I should check it out. I wouldn't want it to be considered spamming. OTOH, just as I prefer to use Trading Post here over eBay, I'd love to give MDC WAHMs first crack at anything I need and vice versa!

Maybe we could have a subforum like the resources for biz trades/ sales.

I was just thinking that I have some software I don't need that some other momma might want and I'd love to give it to a MDC momma

If we *can* post trades - I could REALLY use someone to make up a logo for me!!!

I know NOTHING about html or graphic design - I learned bits and pieces of Adobe Illustrator in a class, but that's all! :

And I don't even HAVE Adobe Illustrator! :rotlfmao

LaLa is moderating this forum. But it just went up yesterday and there are some guidelines that are being put up in the next couple of days. Contact her via PM and I'm sure she'll be able to clear up any logistics.

I do know that it isn't going to be a spam WAHM board. As in, we don't want mommas coming and posting, "Want to be a member of mommies-selling-to-mommies?" But I'm not sure about trades . . . <better get back to Diapering where I know my guidelines :LOL >

Nope ladies, no trades on the WAHM boards.
If you are interested in trading with a WAHM, email her at her business account or pm her to see if she'd like to trade with you, or ask for pm's emails if you'd like, but any trading on the boards can not be business related and if it is non business related it will be moved to the Trading Post.
