Thank you HeatherB!

I woke up from my nap and saw a package that dh had brought inside and started "squee!"-ing. I loooooooooooove the wipes and solution and baby shampoo. Thank you for including the card where you got the wipes, so in case I become addicted (in case? LOL) I can get more.

Here's a pic of all the stuff. My kids LOVE the wipes, they are so colorful and soft. My 2yo dd immediately started wiping "her" baby.

Thank-you, Tonimk19!!

Tonimk19,

You are the best!! I absolutely love the yellow and blue wipes with the adorable prints. They are not something I would have ever thought to pick out for the new baby, and I adore them! It is so exciting to have brand-new, precious cloth diapering equipment for baby. You have awesome taste.

Again, thank-you, thank-you!

Yay, so glad it got there safely! I haven't tried that baby wash yet, but some friends and I all decided to try it, so I hope it's good! I bought a rainbow of wipes for us, too! I have always adored GMAR stuff, but never got any. So glad you like it!

THANK YOU!!!!!!! I just received your gift andit is wonderful! I got a beautiful flannel fitted dipe with a set of matchig wipes!!! There's something soooo exciting about new fluff (even when CDing your 3rd)!
You're so welcome, I am glad you like it. I hope the dipes are gonna fit....I am due end of Oct, please report how they work for you. I am just so friggin scared I made an entire stash that won't fit....

And I got my gift today, thanks, Apryl. I couldn't find your username on the package or card anywhere, who are you, mama ?
I love the duckie shoes w the matching hat, so so soooo cute! And my boys are in bed already, but I am sure I will have to read the Thomas book tomorrow first thing in the morning. They are huge Thomas fans, that was so thoughtful of you, thanks. And I you know that I hadn't even thought about a babybook yet? My poor already neglected 3rd baby... You saved my behind, lol!
The gift was great, thanks a lot. It also had a very beautiful bookmark in it and a cute babyhat. I was blown away, thanks again, Apryl

I just held yours up to my newborn dipes that I used for both DD and DS (who were 6lb4oz and 5lb11oz) and they are pretty much the same size, so I think you'll be just fine! I just read your post on another thread that you made 47 fitteds - THAT IS IMPRESSIVE!!!!! Were they all newborn size????? You'd NEVER have to do laundry!
Thanks again! You really do a beautiful sewing job!

mittendrin, that's me (Apryl Srissa) Oops, thought I put the whole thing in there. So glad that you guys like it. The boys and I had fun putting it together. Had a hard time convincing my ds2 (he's 3 and loves babies) that we didn't need to get one of ever animal hat set they had, for your baby and ours The fact that I'm pretty good for hats and was looking for your baby, not ours, didn't make any sense to him, he wanted to get all of them lol

Jenlaana-

This is delayed

Thank you thank you thank you!

I'm new to cd so I have a few questions:

I got a blue wool soaker. When do I use this?

A pocket diaper. It looks amazing

A stars fitted diaper

And a prefold.

you included another piece of fabric with the stars pattern. Is this an insert or a wipe?

You have me quite a variety and I LOVE them all.

Just happy you like it! I was afraid I screwed it up somehow. I've never given cloth diaper stuff to anyone before.

the soaker is newborn, but the rise (the waist) is high enough that if you unfold it it should fit for a few more months (or weeks depending on your baby ). Just dont wash it in warm water or it will shrink. You can use it over a prefold, or over the fitted that I gave you, or as shorts if you arent into wool soakers.

You can use the prefold either as a prefold or to stuff the pocket with.

The other 2 pieces of cloth I sent (should have been one w/ stars and one w/ blue bows) are cloth wipes. I just thought they looked cute. I found it a lot easier to use cloth wipes (with either warm water, or a solution of soap and water) than to try to use disposable wipes and reusable diapers, because its easier to just wrap the dirty wipes up in the diaper and throw them all in the pail and wash together. I figured I'd throw a couple in and you could check em out. If you don't like the idea of cloth wipes, you can always use them as face cloths. Babies always seem to have dirty faces and fingers.

If you have any more questions the diaper boards here are great, and you can always PM me. I've become obsessed with cloth diapers this year.

MamaVeggie!
Thank you so much! You should have heard the noises (of excitement) I made when pulling the stuff out of the envelope & seeing what there was! So exciting!
I ran out of RRL tea a couple weeks ago and have been debating getting more, so am very excited to have some pregnancy/post-partum tea that has some in it -- I'll put the kettle on when I am finished writing this note!
The wrap is fabulous! I love the design, and think it is cute that it is what I described as our 'themes' (moons/stars) and it is what you mostly used for your daughter!
The beads are neat, cause I did the Sept birth bead swap, and it is nice to see the similarities & differences with the beads.
And the re-usable/washable diaper bag is fabulous -- I had to tell my DP on MSN messenger about everything arriving, and he sounded pretty excited about this particular item!
Thanks so much!
I was eager to thank you & let you know it made it, cause I know making it through customs can test anyone's patience!!! So, it is here, and we are super excited!
Thanks again so much!

Thank you so much Jen (Gigismom) for the sweet baby gifts! I love the monkey rattle, it is adorable. The bib is really cute and it makes me happy that this baby will be starting out on the right foot with peas (peace)! I love Burt's Bee's products and am really excited to try the baby shampoo and wash.

Thank you again, your package brightened my day.
