Whoo-hoo! I got my first ever fluffy mail Saturday. That's it, I'm hooked!!! I could so easily go into hyena-land! (been lurking here a while - thanks for all the info!!!!)
I'm still trying to figure out what to buy (Emmett is expected in mid-late October so I have a little time). This is what I got (sampler pack):

My mom came over to take a look. She's hooked too! When I first told her I was going to CD - she looked at me funny and said "prefolds and plastic pants?" which was all she had when she diapered me (before the days of sposies). Now she's a convert (she actually was very supportive before she realized all the options - she always felt CD was the best - way to go mom!).
Needless to say now that I actually have some diapers in my hot little hands - I need to take a deep breath and not get carried away.
