Seeing as there is a few of us out there, and it's totally miserable, I thought that misery might like company.

I'm now 9 days overdue, I've been having SORE BH's for weeks - last night I really thought it was happening - even woke DH, but no, they pettered out AGAIN.

I'm miserable and ready to have this baby :

I keep telling myself that my body knows what it's doing and labour will happen when it's suppose to

But I'd just like to say that this SUX

LOL. I feel exactly the same way. I'm nine days overdue as well. Hopefully we have our babies soon. My first was five days early, so I wasn't really expecting this emotionally.
I'm worried because my midwives only go to 42 weeks for a homebirth, although they said that they will sometimes a few days after.
I have to go get a biophysical profile if I haven't had the baby by Tuesday.
Misery does like company, I am glad to see I am not the only one!

Depends on who you talk to.

"Technically" I'm only 1 day overdue...
according to my family I'm not due yet! Hahaha.
But, from my own math (with correct LMP... oops... did I give out the wrong date when I filled out my chart? : ) I'm 4 days overdue.

I went two weeks overdue with DS, so I'm not really expecting to have this baby anytime soon... I just want to.

You are sooo smart. Today I was totally wishing that I had fibbed a bit when I told my family the EDD. My Mom calls me every day. "So, how are you feeling?"
"I'm fine."
Silence.
"I'm not in labor."
"Oh, okay. Good, because you haven't called me yet." (Not even "due" until 25th)

Yeah, I'm definitely NOT going to be calling her when I actually am in labor either. I'm expecting some false/slow starts here and I just don't want to hear it! She may also hop into her car and make the 5 hour drive to my house immediately which I definitely don't want.

Ughhhhh! Family, huh? Love 'em, love 'em to stay out of it sometimes!

I'll go with that, technically I"m 2 days overdue. By the correct LMP date I'm a week and 2 days. So hopefully that means I'll go soon?

However, I have a really long cycle and fibbed to complensate, so I'm not getting my hopes up!

Based off LMP I'm 4 days over...based off conception date (which I am dead sure on though I could be wrong ) I still have a couple days before I'm even 40 weeks. I have nothing....no BH, no real ctrx. NOTHING. It's starting to irritate me. I do have a lack of a sleep though due to not being able to get comfy while laying down or breathe in any position and a terrible case of RLS.

Ugh, me! By LMP I'm 40w6d, by ovulation date I'm 40w3d ... so, ready to have this baby by whichever date you go by!!

I lost my mucous plug Saturday afternoon, and I thought for sure I'd be in labor by Sunday morning at the latest. It's Monday and I'm still waiting ... Even had some vigorous nipple stimulation and sex last night, and nothing! Maybe a tiny leak of waters, but that might have been pee

My sister flew down from the US, thinking the baby would be here by now, and she leaves on Friday ....

Come on baby!

I'm just past 40 weeks, but I'm not going to call myself "overdue" until 41 or 42 weeks
post #13 of 22
I'm not even overdue yet because my due date isn't until the 30th! I'm just holding out hope I'll have an August baby and not a September baby!

OK 10 days now - and to be honest I think it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for being woken up at night with sore contractions and thinking maybe...maybe...maybe all the time, then not.

Had a HUGE fight with DH yesterday - I'm just so ready for this to be over.

Who knows how much longer, it has to be sometime right???

i'm not overdue, but i'm due in 4 days and have the dreaded fear i will go over due. I have an apt today so we'll see what the midwife thinks, but last week i was only 1.5 cm dilated and fully effaced.
By LMP I was due on the 18th.
By early u/s I'm due on the 23.
By ovulation and conception I'm due on the 25th.

My last came on my ovulation edd so I probably have a few more days though just in the past 1/2 hour it seems I'm in a continuous contraction.
I've been having prodromal labor for almost 2 weeks now.

I'm 4 days overdue, and miserable. No contractions - but pelvic ligament pain that gets worse daily. And I am SO SICK of dh asking "Are you having contractions?" every time I get up at night to pee! NO! I'm NOT HAVING CONTRACTIONS!!!!:
Today is my due date, and no baby or labor seems to be forthcoming just now, so I'm guessing I will be officially overdue as of tomorrow. Yesterday the midwife was here and I asked her for a vaginal exam to see if she could sweep my membranes (with the goal of having the baby sooner so as not to risk missing our green card appointment that's a week from Thursday, that we have been waiting over a year for). She said I was 70% effaced and the baby was at -2 station, but my cervix was closed so she couldn't do the membrane sweep. Woe is me! I am very surprised to be going overdue because my sister's 4 kids all came right around 38 weeks. Apparently I have a little procrastinator in my womb, though.

And with DH - I finally had to put a moratorium on any mention of baby or contractions or water breaking or going into labor. He is very sweet and just as impatient as me to meet this little dawdler, but I told him that I just couldn't take all the pressure of it being the only topic of conversation and him asking about it constantly, and I said that if I heard the b-word one more time someone was going to get smacked!
My DF at least isn't doing this. Instead he keeps asking questions like "Do you think you'll be in labour then?" about anything in the future. Bleah.

Still itchy. Still pregnant. Still sucks.

Yep, every time I roll over at night my DH wakes up and says, "everything okay, are you having contractions?" Yesterday he says, "how are you feeling today? Do you think you'll have the baby tomorrow?" I say, "Make plans if you need to, just make sure everyone knows you may have to cancel them!"

Sheesh, how am I supposed to know when I'm going to go into labor??? I would have had him a week ago if it were up to me!
