vitamin B complex...

I have been on serious b complex vitamins since the spring and I'm wondering if that could be helping morning sickness this time (provided this is a healthy pregnancy). Anyone else take it regularly or notice if it helps? Or had bad morning sickness and then started taking it? Just curious more than anything!

Ive heard it can be a lifesaver for m/s. I haven't taken any yet, but if m/s hits me, I am definitely going to try.

my last mw said that b6 taken just before bed and then first thing in the morning would help. I never tried. You are supposed to take 50 mg at a time every hour up to 200mg total for the day.
B complex doesn't seem to have enough B6 to really help me this time. If I remember next time I'm at the coop I'm going to get some b6.

i tried it but

it actually made mine worse. i think because of the taste of the pill, it was really acidic and no matter how fast i swallowed it, it was gross

I take a vitamin B supplement daily, and have for a while. I don't know if it helps, but my m/s has been minimal so far.

I hadn't heard this. But I take a B-complex vitamin and my morning sickness has, thus far, been better than last time.

I'm taking a B-complex daily for the folic acid, and I've been sick as a dog for the most part. ;-) Seems to be at least as bad as last time.
