I think there's some confusion about the purpose of this board. It is business oriented intentionally. It is not about being a parenting as a WAHM or anything to do with parenting at all. It is about how to become a WAHM - if that makes any sense. What opportunities there are for a SAHM or a WOHM to become a WAHM, start a home business, how to make it possible and successful. Resources, financial aspects, tax info, laws, contacts, wholesalers, shipping, webmastering, banner making, importing/exporting, office space, etc. You won't find much here about being a parent.
The Working Mamas board is the place for talking about balancing your life as a mom, wife, and working individual whether that be as an employee, employer, WAHM, student, volunteer, whatever. It is in the Parenting board category for that reason. It's about spending a portion of your time of the day at work or study beyond parenting and caring for your home and family and being a mom at the same time.
There are threads here beyond diapering but it is a fact that the majority of the moms who seem to need this board are in the diapering business. So yes, this form IS about WAHMs but perhaps not in the focus that some people expect it to be. If you have another interest please don't leave just because there's diapers all over the place (though we must profess our love for our diaper mamas!). Post your interest and questions. I'm sure someone will have something to offer.
But if you want to talk about parenting as a WAHM then yes, Working Mamas is the place to talk.
