ivf meditation cd

Has anyone used a meditation CD during an ivf cycle? Do you think it helped? I had a fertility cd that I used when trying naturally. It helped me relax, but I also wasn't very consistent with it. Just wondering

I listened to an IF meditation during and IUI cycle and think it helped. Not neccessarily with getting pregnant, but as a coping mechanism. I just wish that I had found it about a year earlier!

I'm intrigued by the concept of fertility meditation. Could you ladies share where you found your cds?

The website is really cool and they have free downloads that I find very relaxing. I had a couple of short ones on my ipod that I would listen to after my iui.
