AI2 diaper

Has anyone tried to make these? What pattern did you use? This is what I am thinking, making a os diaper, pul or fleece outer lined with fleece then a snap in diaper of natural fibers. How well would this work? I would love some advice!

I've made AI2s with snap-in soakers. This is the basic idea that I used: http://www.diapersewing.com/quick_dry_aio.htm but I didn't use a rectangle-shaped soaker that had to be folded each time, I just made a "regular" soaker shaped like an hourglass (almost like a contour diaper) that had snaps in the four "corners". My cover is made of 2 layers of fleece and the snap-in dipe is woven cotton terry with microfiber terry hidden inside. It works really well! And I love that I can just snap out the soaker and put a new one in to re-use the cover (as long as it's not poopy, of course )
