Something soft for 4 mo old to play with/chomp on?

My dd needs a toy!

She's four months old and everything goes in her mouth. So far, she has enjoyed playing with a terry cloth spit up rag someone gave her....but that's getting old.

I was looking for something soft and squishy, but that she could chew on. Perhaps with different textures. Organic would be awesome, too. And I'd love to order from a WAHM.

I used to make fabric tubes and stuff them, join them like paper chains. The kids would chew on these and they could be wetted and frozen or taken anywhere and washed. The fabrics were colorful and the chains easy to hold.

I am just now actually starting to make teething/lovey dolls. let me know if you are interested. I have practiced a few for my DD and she loves them. I will be up and running in about a week or so.

Just in case anyone else is watching this, yesterday I had an idea to wrap up, and sew together, some super crinkly plastic in some fabric - since Katelyn was really excited about the rice cake wrapper I was playing with, with her.

I was even less ambitious and just tied some in a stray sock.:

I used wax paper, the windows from envelopes and other random things like beans or erasers.
all in different socks.

I froze some breastmilk in ice cube trays and then put a cube in one of those mesh feeders for some cool teething relief. tip. make sure the milk cube will fit by testing with an ice cube first. Mine works best if the tray is only 3/4 full.
