Help i need to know what to advicse this mum

on another board i am on over in the UK i saw this post and i really wanna give her some correct advice

Recently my ds has been having a bit of a problem having a wee (he's nearly 3). When he is mid wee his willy obviously gets bigger but the end of it does'nt, his fore skin seems to be very tight iykwim? I'm wondering if this is going to become a bigger problem as he gets older as he's already saying it's painful, do you think he needs to be circumcised??
We do have a doctors appointment later today but not with our normal one as he's been away for ages and i did'nt want to leave it any longer.

Help i dont want this poor kid to have part of him cut off if its avoidable

I'm not an expert, but it sounds to me like his foreskin is starting to separate. If so, this is completely normal and not a problem. I'm sure others with more advice will soon post.
