some background info- i tested postive on july 21. i have no idea when my last cycle started, maybe mid june. had some spotting and cramping a few days ago. u/s on wed showed a yolk sac, but no fetal pole. hcg for the following day was 17,847. is there any way this pg will turn out to be blighted ovum given that a yolk sac was seen? i don't have the measurements, sorry. i am trying not to overthink this and take it as it comes, but as you can tell, i am not doing so well in that department!
