Good book about death for 3yo DS?

I'm looking for some books to read to my DS about death and dying, as the doctors think that my MIL is going to die soon, perhaps today... and DH and I haven't done anything to prepare DS, or ever discussed death in any way with him. Any suggestions? DS loves to be read to so long as it has pictures...

I can't remember the authors of any of these but they were helpful for my son when our 16yo dog died. He was 4 at the time. Not the same as a grandmother, I know, but they may be helpful.

My dad died last year, and hospice gave us a book by Marc Brown (who writes the Arthur series) that helped.
