acupucnturists' gender predictions

Has anyone's acupuncture doctor predicted your baby's gender before? Was s/he "right"? A Chinese doctor, who is gathering hours for his licensure, predicted we were having a girl (after checking the three pulse points on my wrists)...I chuckled and said, "oh yeah?" and he nodded and said, "Asian technique." My regular acupuncture doctor smiled and nodded and said he agreed. They claimed 80% accuracy but then basically said not to put stock in it ("don't go buying dresses!"). I am sooo curious about whether this baby is a boy or girl!!! We will be thrilled either way, I'm just being impatient. So I was wondering if you guys had had anyone predict your babies' genders based on this method (whatever this method is?) and whether or not the predictions were right. (I have trouble asking this question being that there are only two options...but even so...)

I saw an acupuncturis last time, a number of times, and will go to her again if i hit my due date without labor -- the induction really works

BUT she said Theo was a girl, sooooooooooo I am not so sold on the gender prediction

But the induction worked like it was supposed to and i am going to call her if we are still breech at 36 weeks.

I've heard about this a lot and while it's not 100%, I do believe they have a technique. Heck, they listen to my pulses and tell me I have liver problems. One said not to get pregnant until I resolve it. Guess what? I have liver problems and the pregnancy is hurting my liver and vice versa. So yah, I believe them.
