Raising Resilient Children

Anyone read this book: Raising Resilient Children? I picked it up at the library, skimmed through it there and it looked as if it might have some good GD ideas in it. I'm starting to read it, but would love to hear other's takes on it while I'm doing that. I haven't seen it mentioned here before . . . but I've not been in this forum for a while so perhaps I've missed it.

I also have borrowed a copy of Naomi Aldort's Raising Our Children, Raising Ourselves which I've wanted to read for a while. Looking forward to that!

I haven't read this book, but I love the idea! I've been thinking a lot about resiliency since it's a big developmental leap from the crazy mama bear protectiveness that often guides my decisions!

I hope it's a great read.
