We have a laptop lunchbox and got it from reusable bags.com. (I don't know what version others have gotten, but I think ours was $22). My son (2.5) LOVES to pack it up and pick what foods go into what containers. He's not a PB&J (or really any kind of sandwich) kind of kid though, so this kind of lunch is perfect for him - little boxes filled with meats, cheeses, fruits and veggies.
It IS kind of hard for him to open, but his preschool teacher can help him with that
There are 2 different containers with tops on them for wet things (one is tiny, for dips - one is a lot bigger for yogurts, etc) so a "seal" isn't all that important IMHO. In those without tops we put "dry" things (apples, cheese, meats, etc.
I guess a negative would be that in the box there is no place for a drink, but he only drinks ice water, (no packaged drinks) so I just put a sigg bottle into a NY built insulated bottle holder and attach that to his backpack. (Which he finds way cool)

But I use it for work and really like it! The bottle has never leaked for us and I figure I save a LOT when I don't buy my luch at work so the $35 is quickly a return!
