Update

I just got home from my appointment. My most recent thyroid test came out slightly elevated but I am showing no other signs of hyperthyroid so she is monitoring me for now. I am now officially on 50mg Zoloft (actually I am on a half a pill (25mg) for the first week, then up to one pill after that). She said this way I can increase if needed. I am good with that.

I too have a history of Depression (((Hugs))) I am not on anything and I only tend to take something if I can find no other way, this is rare for me though. Most of my depression is situational. Right now I have days of depression but not weeks and most of it is just helpless feelings. Normal I would think considering I am pregnant and Hubby is in Iraq. What concerns me is PPD and having no one around to see, to catch me........

My point in all this, if I need meds, I get them. You sound like you are miserable and scared and so I would research and find out what is safest and ask Dr for that. Your a wonderful mum for trying to take care of all of you! You will be no good to anyone if your not ok. You know all this though.

No judgements, do what you need to!
