DD tends to get mad and purse her lips, tense her shoulders, and clench her fists.

I think it's funny, but I have never laughed in her face about it and whatever concerns she has I try to take seriously and deal with the matter.

The other day I addressed her issue and then told her, "You know what?"

"What?" (lips, shoulders, fists all in angry pose)

"I think you're funny when you're mad." (smile)

She cracked a smile. But quickly got angry again and demanded to know why.

I just think she's funny! So I got out my Barenaked Ladies CD Stunt and we listened to One Week.

How can I help it if I think you're funny when you're mad?

So now I sing it to her when she's mad. After I address her issue, though, because when I sang it before addressing her issue she got angrier. :
