So, now that I'm bigger...

Does anyone have suggestions on how to shave my legs? Trim my pubes?? Seriously, I need help. I'm close to asking DH to do it for me!!

In the winter I dont mind the leg thing as much, it keeps me warmer.
but...the pubes, they've got to be under control.

I've just let mine go in both of my pregnancies due to having no other choice. I say if your DH will do it for you- go for it! Otherwise, maybe get waxed? I've heard it hurts a bit more because of hormones making skin more sensitive, but it is safe and another option.

I have a gift certificate for bikini and leg waxing, so I'll use that in October. Until then, I can still get to my legs, but I can't even see my pubes. DH says just use the mirror like he does to trim his face, but I think I'll cut myself. "Lip" skin and face skin is kinda different!

I just jump right in and pray for the best...lol.

I vote: Ask your husband! May be you both end having some fun together

I've been going to get waxed (for the pube area) for several months now. It's not much worse than being not preg and getting it done. I just like being tidy down there. As for the shaving, still able to do that, but I am just to lazy right now

I can't cross my legs any more though, that makes me sad.

Ask the hubster and see what he says. I'm in need of a trim too and he's going to be volunteered soon.

I shave my legs in the shower by propping the leg to be shaved up on the side of the tub. So far no problems reaching anything that way, but I've always been flexible. For downtown... I go by feel. I did it last weekend and was pleased by the results. I think it would be worse to try to use a mirror b/c I'd get confused with the right/left thing. But dammit it just keeps growing back! Good to know that professional waxing isn't that bad - I may have to do that before birth. I tried at-home waxing the bikini line a couple months ago and it was a disaster - hair still there, skin gone, itching, the whole bit. I don't recommend it!

Um... no, you are not the only one. I ain't "getting any" anyways these days and we are both exhausted anyways... I can't be bothered. Isn't that bad? I simply don't care.

I don't shave my legs (maybe every once in a while, but not regularly) but I think DH is going to help me out elsewhere. I've pretty much let it go since I haven't been able to see below my belly anymore. He'll probably help me out a little closer to go-time so the baby isn't born into a jungle .

I take a deep breath...dive in...come back up for air...take another deep breath...bahaha. It helps that I'm pretty flexible.

Def. ask your DH, I bet he'd be more than happy to help! You might get some action too!
